All Listing Dispatch email distribution templates are structured to align with applicable email regulations, Fair Housing guidelines, and brokerage branding standards. Templates are provided as the default format to ensure consistency, professionalism, and compliant communication across all sends.
Agents are welcome to submit custom materials if preferred. All custom submissions will be reviewed for alignment with branding, advertising standards, and regulatory requirements. If refinements are needed, we will reach out prior to distribution. To maintain scheduled turnaround timelines, submissions not updated within the designated review window may default to the standard Listing Dispatch template.
