4. We Create + Customize
We pull your listing details directly from the MLS and design your materials using our proven templates.
- Each request type has its own tailored format

5. Review + Confirm
You’ll receive a confirmation once your request is complete:
- Email blasts: within 24 business hours
- Digital flyers: within 48 business hours

Email distributions are sent within 24 business hours of completed submission and applicable payment.
Print-ready materials are prepared within 72 business hours. Digital files are available at that time and may be released earlier as workflow allows.

How Each Service Works
Individual Services (Single e-mail Send and/or Print Options)
Fill out the On-Demand form (see Forms tab above). Complete the required details and submit payment at the bottom of the form. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Subscribers (Sprint & Distance)
Subscribe once to your selected plan—pay once and set it and forget it (cancel anytime). Payment links are available on the Homepage and Pricing tab.
Sends are tracked according to your subscription tier. Once subscribed, simply complete the Listing Distribution form (Forms tab above) for your plan each time you have a new request and click submit. No additional payment is required for standard services included in your plan. (See the Pricing section below for full subscription details.)

Marketing Vendor Disclaimer
This service operates solely as a marketing vendor. All inquiries or leads generated through distributed materials are directed to the listing agent. This service does not perform, represent, or imply any real estate brokerage or agency services. Fees are flat and paid per item or through subscription models. No referral fees, commissions, or transaction-based compensation are collected.
MLS Contact List Updates
MLS contact lists used for email distribution are updated weekly on Wednesday evenings to maintain the most accurate and current records possible, including newly licensed agents and removal of inactive licensees.
Email Compliance
All email communications comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and include a clearly accessible option for recipients to opt out of future messages.
Agent & Brokerage Responsibility
The listing agent and/or brokerage remains responsible for ensuring all submitted marketing materials comply with applicable MLS rules, brokerage policies, and real estate advertising regulations.
Our Approach
Each submission follows a structured workflow designed to keep listing communications clear, consistent, and professionally presented. Listing details are typically sourced directly from MLS and formatted into standardized templates for reliable distribution.
Agents may also include custom subject lines, messaging, or marketing materials if desired. All submissions are reviewed prior to distribution to ensure clarity and strong presentation, and modern tools may be used when helpful to refine subject lines or messaging tone.
Team logos and brokerage branding can be uploaded within the submission form or stored for future use to maintain consistent branding across distributions.
