Process + Expectations

  • How does the process work?
    → submit → I create → Email is scheduled to send out
  • How long does it take?
    → For e-mails, within 24 business hours- often sooner. For printables, within 72 business hours- also often sooner- average has been within 24 business hours as well.
  • What do I need to provide?
    → Basic info- inclusing address/your e-mail/MLS #, if you are on a team- the team logo+your firm. See “Submit a Listing” form.
  • Can I request changes?
    → Absolutely. Once your email or flyer is created, we schedule it to send a few hours out at minimum (as opposed to sending immediately) and provide a preview via confirmation email, allowing time for any edits or adjustments before delivery.

📩 Service Details

  • What’s included in an email blast?
    → Images, subject lines, buttons links to your listing and your email (see “Process” tab for visual), branding
  • Do you send the email or do I?
    → Listing Dispatch sends the email on your behalf—but it comes from you. Your name and email are displayed, and all links direct interested agents back to you. If someone replies directly, it will be forwarded straight to you—we do not engage or retain any of those responses.
  • Can you match my branding/colors?
    → Yes – – based on photos/branding – see Templates for details. If you want to request additional color changes on the other templates, there is an “Other: (additional notes)” section on the form- just note in there the changes you’d like made!
  • Can I choose the template?
    → We select the template based on your listing, (See Templates tab) but if you have a specific preference or want to try a different style, (ex: use the “Open House” template in lieu of the regular Email Send) – just note it in the “Other” section. We’re happy to accommodate whenever possible!

📊 Results + Value

  • Will this help my listing get more exposure?
    → Yes – – your listing is delivered directly to agents through targeted email blasts within their local MLS networks. While no marketing can guarantee a faster sale, increased exposure is one of the most important drivers of engagement, showings, and overall listing performance.
    In addition, professionally designed flyers and printables can be used at the property or during open houses, helping reinforce your marketing and leave a lasting impression with potential buyers.
  • Do you provide stats or performance tracking?
    → Yes – – performance tracking is included with the Distance plan. We provide insights such as open rates and link clicks, helping you identify engagement and potentially narrow down interested agents for follow-up opportunities.

💰 Pricing + Logistics

  • How much does it cost?
    • Check out the Pricing tab for more info- or reach out to us if you have further questions!
  • When do I pay?
    • For one-time or on-demand orders, payment is made at the time of submission. Monthly plans are billed once and set to auto-renew. You can cancel at any time—your plan will not renew, and you’ll still have access through the remainder of your billing period.

🚫 Objection Handling

  • What if my listing isn’t “perfect” or fully updated?
    → Position marketing as helping ANY listing shine
  • What if I already have a flyer?
    → No problem! You’re welcome to upload your own flyer—there’s a section for that in the submission form. We’ll review it to ensure it meets all compliance requirements before sending.
  • Is this only for new listings?
    → No — price improvements, relists, open houses, etc. It is up to you as the agent to decide the type/timing of exposure you want on your listing!

⚡ Additional Questions

  • Can you rush an order?
    • Yes! Feel free to reach out if you have a last-minute request—like an added open house or something needed before the weekend. While we can’t make any promises, we will absolutely always do our best to accommodate, as we understand the nature of this industry. 😉
  • Do you offer social media graphics too?
    • Yes – – a social media graphic is attached to every submission! (See templates)
  • What areas/markets do you cover?
    • We currently serve the Great Plains MLS and plan to expand into SWIAR and Western Nebraska – stay tuned for those additions!
